We strive to offer you the best possible products at a fair price. If for some reason there is a defect in the product, please bring it to our attention so we can immediately correct it. If you are still unhappy with any of our products, please return them for a full refund of your purchase price, minus shipping and handling. If you do wish to return a product, please contact us first, so that we can arrange for you to receive a refund. Refunds will not be issued until products have been received.

Our products are not tested on animals of the four-legged kind; only on our two-legged friends and family members! If you have allergies or other sensitivities, please check the ingredients carefully before using any of our products. Each product we sell will have the ingredients listed on the website as well as on the product label. If you have a question about a particular item before purchasing, please contact us.

Shipping and Payments

We ship most of our products via USPS Priority Mail. The boxes are provided at no cost from the USPS so we feel this offers you, our customers, and us the best value. We will ship all packages within 2 business days after receipt of payment, though we strive for a 1 day turn around.

If you choose to send us a check or money order, all purchases will be sent after the item clears our bank account, usually within 10 days.

Pay Pal now accepts credit card payments even if you do not have a Pay Pal account. We find Pay Pal to be the easiest and most direct way to accept and process your payment. Your products will be shipped within 2 business days of confirmation of payment through Pay Pal.

We also offer a secure credit card payment. You may enter your credit card at the time of the order and it will be charged when your order is ready to ship. Though we do have this option available, we prefer Pay Pal payments.

We cannot be responsible for delivery problems due to incorrect addresses. Please check that you have typed in the correct address and ZIP code.
